The entity responsible for data processing in connection with this browser game is Kalemodo UG.

2) Purpose and Scope of Processing

We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary for provision, stability and security of the game. No tracking for marketing purposes takes place.

3) Hosting

Our content is provided by an external hosting provider. When accessed, technically necessary data may be processed on the server side.

4) Server Log Files

When visiting our website, IP (shortened), timestamp, URL, referrer, transferred data volume as well as browser/OS may be processed in log files. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (technical provision, stability, IT security).

5) Game Saves and Local Storage

Game progress is partly stored locally on your device (e.g. expedition progress). Settings (language, volume) are stored only locally in the browser (Local Storage). No server-side storage. Deletion possible at any time via browser settings.

6) Cookies and Local Storage

The game uses technically necessary local storage for saves, settings and your analytics choice. Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics data is sent unless you actively consent. We do not use advertising cookies.

7) Optional Analytics and Third-Party Services

After your explicit consent, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to evaluate anonymous page views and game events such as run starts, reached days and endings. IP anonymisation is enabled. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time using the control on this page; withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. 8) Recipients of Data

Data is generally not disclosed to third parties. Within hosting, the provider may obtain access as a processor (data processing agreement).

9) Storage Duration

Server log files are usually deleted automatically after a short period unless a security-relevant evaluation is required. Local Storage (settings and possibly parts of game progress) remains on your device until you delete the data or reset the game.

10) Your Rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

11) Minors

This game is not specifically directed at children. Please contact us if you have corresponding indications.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Note that internet transmission may have security gaps.
